Today we woke up for an early pre-breakfast walk at Espumilla beach in Santiago Island. Here we observed many fresh sea turtle tracks from females who came to nest on this beach last night. During our walk along the beach, we also saw different bird species such as mockingbirds, blue-footed boobies, finches and brown pelicans. After a delicious breakfast, kayakers and paddleboarders explored along the shoreline, while other guests went for an outing on the glass-bottom boat to observe the wildlife of the rocky reefs of Santiago Island.

In the afternoon, after lunch, we visited Puerto Egas. This wonderful shoreline provided great scenery for photographers, who had the chance to spend some time with the sea lions basking on the beach, while other guests went for a swim in the warm waters of this island. We finished our day with a delicious dinner served on the sky deck on National Geographic Endeavour II.
