Today, guests woke up to a beautiful sunrise followed by breaching humpback whales, diving seabirds, and jumping common dolphins in the thousands. A feeding frenzy followed us throughout the day. Then guests had the opportunity to explore beautiful Sand Dollar Beach. They had the option of venturing to the Pacific side to see the sand dollars or follow the bay for an abundance of wildlife. Along the bay, we observed pipers, sea snails, coyotes, blue herrings, and various wildlife. The abundance of birds made it an ornithologist’s paradise. The day ended with a bonfire and local music, and guests danced and roasted s’mores at sunset.
