We were treated to another beautiful sunrise as we cruised toward our anchorage at Elephant Rock, Isla Santa Catalina, a beautiful and remote granitic island in the Sea of Cortez. We had opportunities for snorkeling in the clear water and exploring the island by foot. For the afternoon we cruised to Puerto Gato on the Baja California Peninsula and spent time participating in various water sports before culminating our day with a sumptuous beach barbecue.
