In Glacier Bay, where mist does cling so tight,
We sailed through shadows, in soft gray light.
Bears roamed the shore, their presence a surprise,
In the rain and fog, they met our eyes.
Sea lions called through the foggy air,
Their echoes haunting, beyond compare.
Sea otters on icebergs, a ghostly sight,
Floating serenely, through day and night.
Nature’s beauty, in a shrouded land,
Mysteries unveiled, by our hand.
As night approached, and rain did sway,
We cherished tales of misty Glacier Bay.
On National Geographic Venture, hearts did sway,
With the memories made, in the mist and gray.
