Today we woke just outside the iconic Land’s End, just in time to watch the early light strike the towering granite arch of Cabo San Lucas. A swift ride by Zodiac from our ship took us to San Jose Del Cabo, where we could be spending our day. Birders took advantage of visiting the extensive San Jose estuary, where the river meets the Pacific. Meanwhile others looking to sample the local artisan culture attended a demonstration in glass blowing. We finished out our day watching a pod of humpbacks that took to surrounding National Geographic Venture as the sun went down.
