Sunrise found National Geographic Sea Bird rounding the cape of the Baja California peninsula. The ship cruised in the morning enjoying several shows from surface-active humpback whales. After lunch, we went ashore to explore San Jose del Cabo. Some guests chose to explore a local estuary filled with migratory birds; others chose to spend the day in town and saw a local glass company give a glass-blowing demonstration. As the day drew to a close, the ship was positioned to witness the sunset at the famous El Arco at Cabo San Lucas.
