Peter Zika

Peter lives in Seattle, Washington where he works as a botanist for The Nature Conservancy writing management plans for endangered wildflowers. In addition to teaching plant identification as a consultant, he has a research associate appointment at Oregon State University. He has studied prairie fire ecology, arctic-alpine plants, wetlands and fern biology. His interests in biogeography have taken him to more than twenty tropical countries.
